Sometimes at night I don't sleep well. I read this article about how foods containing tryptophan help you sleep. Ok. I googled 'foods containing tryptophan'. Top of the list was .... sea-lion liver. Not being sure they'd have it in Waitrose I went for another option - almonds - recommended dose 23 nuts before bedtime. Only problem is 23 almonds before bedtime causes indigestion, so bad it kept me awake nearly all nigt and went on for days until I had to take tablets.
Should have gone for the sea-lion liver.
